Thank you to 24 members who played in our round 7 stroke event and 2nd round of Ivan Marks at Portarlington, on a calm and mild winter’s morning. Great turnout, on a beautifully maintained golf course which is always a pleasure to play. Scores were representative of the course and playing conditions, with some very good performances, but as usual, there are always a couple of ordinary ones and plenty of “Hard Luck” stories, which is what makes golf so much fun.

Our next round will be on 5th of August at the Corowa G.C. A very large group of members are taking the trip, so we expect it to be another great experience. We now require those going to the trip to let us know who they would like to share the room with. The accommodation is a Twin Share. Please let us know by no later than Monday the 19th of June by SMS to Branko Matijevic on 0411080765, so we can make those arrangements with Corowa.
